Dave Newman joined United Investment Brokers in 2007 and purchased the company. Prior to joining United Investment Brokers Dave worked for a small apartment brokerage firm and was one of the top producers during that time. In 1999-2000, Dave served as the Vice-President of the Apartment  Association  of  Metro Denver and served as the chairman of the Independent Rental Owners Council. 2006 and 2007 Dave was a part owner of an acquisition company that purchased property, renovate them, and then sell it.
